This website is run by Do It For You LLC, trading as Do It For You Mobile Car Cleaning, in Jacksonville, North Carolina. This page explains what the site collects and what we do with it.

What the forms collect

When you send a message, we receive your name and phone number, plus your email, vehicle, chosen service and message if you fill them in.

When you send a booking request, we receive your name, phone number, email, the address where the car will be, the package, add-ons, day and time you chose, and your vehicle and notes if you fill them in. When you leave a review, we receive your name, your star rating and your review.

Why we collect it

Only to answer you, to schedule and carry out your cleaning, and to send you your booking emails and deposit invoice. We may text or call the number you give us about your message or booking. We do not use it for anything else.

Where it is kept

Messages are stored in the site's own database on its web host, and a copy is emailed to the business owner.

Booking requests are stored the same way, and the day, time, your name and the address are added to the owner's calendar. Reviews are saved first and only appear on the site after the owner approves them, with the name you entered.

We also keep the internet address (IP address) a form was sent from, to stop spam and abuse.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Square. When you pay, you enter your card on Square's checkout page. Your card details never touch this site. The pay form asks for your name, phone and optional email. We keep those with the items you chose in the site's database, and pass your phone and email to Square to fill in its checkout page.

For a booking, we pass your name, phone and email to Square so it can send you the deposit invoice.

Analytics

None. This site does not use analytics or tracking tools.

Cookies

None for visitors. The admin area uses a session cookie only for the owner while signed in.
