This website is run by Do It For You LLC, trading as Do It For You Mobile Car Cleaning, in Jacksonville, North Carolina. This page explains how booking and paying for a cleaning works. By sending a booking request or booking with us, you agree to what is on this page.

Where we work

We come to you, at your home or your job. We serve Onslow County and surrounding areas. When you book, give us the address where the car will be. If we can't take a request, we will tell you.

Prices

Package and add-on prices are on the home page and the booking page. Prices with a + are starting prices. The final price depends on the size and condition of the vehicle, and we confirm it before you pay anything.

How booking works

1. You pick a package, any add-ons, a day and a time, and send a booking request. Sending it does not hold the time.
2. We check the request and confirm. If we can't make that time, we tell you and you can pick another.
3. When we confirm, Square emails you an invoice for the 50% deposit.
4. Your time is locked in when the deposit is paid. Until then it is not reserved. If another customer pays for the same time first, the time goes to them, your unpaid invoice is canceled and nothing is charged to you.
5. The rest is due on the day of your cleaning, on the same Square invoice.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square, on Square's own invoice and checkout pages. Your card details never touch this site.

Changing or canceling

If you need to change or cancel a booking, text or call 910-787-1590 as soon as you can.

If we have to cancel a booking, we tell you by email. If you had already paid the deposit, we will be in touch about it. If you had not, nothing is charged.

Weather and access

We clean at the address you give us, so we need to be able to reach the car there on the day. If the weather or access is a problem, we will contact you to work out what to do.

Reviews and photos

Reviews you post on this site are read by us before they appear, and your name is shown with your review. Any before and after photos on this site show vehicles we have cleaned.
